Two well-meaning youngsters find they're cut out for a career in smut in this Japanese comedy-drama.
Atsushi (Hideo Nakaizumi) and his girlfriend Mari (Miku Matsumoto) are a young couple who move from the outskirts of Japan to Tokyo in hopes of finding fame and fortune. While looking for a job, Atsushi is introduced to Miki (Yuri Komuro), a woman who works in casting for adult film producers. While Miki at first seems mostly interested in Atsushi, in time she thinks that Mari might have a future in the Japanese porn industry; unlike American porn videos, in Japan filmmakers are forbidden to show explicit sex (or the actors' genitals), so Mari could appear in the videos without having to be entirely unfaithful to Atsushi…

Had he been making music a few decades ago, Daniel Lopatin, a.k.a. Oneohtrix Point Never, could’ve scored everything from Dune to Blade Runner. On Good Time, he tingles spines with unsettling, echo-chamber ambience (“6th Floor”), throws in some winking '80s nostalgia (cheesy electric-guitar sounds on “Bail Bonds”), and keeps you riveted with all kinds of buzzing synths and abrasive textures. But it's most rewarding when Lopatin honors his sci-fi/thriller-scoring forebears: The title track revels in the sort of arpeggiated, tension-ratcheting keys that would make Giorgio Moroder and Vangelis proud.

Live At The Jazz Cafe, London +1 is a 1996 Japan-only EP by American soul singer Michael Archer, better known under the mononym D'Angelo. This was originally a UK-only EP. Upon the release of D'Angelo's second album Voodoo, Toshiba-EMI decided to release the EP in Japan with an extra track, a cover of "Heaven Must Be Like This" that also came from the same Jazz Cafe performance. Some of these songs were released as B-sides on singles in other countries.

L.A. Woman is the sixth studio album by the American rock band the Doors, released on April 19, 1971, on Elektra Records. It is the last to feature the group's lead singer, Jim Morrison, who died three months after the album's release. It saw the band continue to integrate elements of blues back into their music, a direction begun with their previous album, Morrison Hotel. It was also recorded without record producer Paul A. Rothchild after he fell out with the group over the perceived lack of quality of their studio performances. Subsequently, the band co-produced the album with longtime sound engineer Bruce Botnick.

The Soft Parade is the fourth studio album by the American rock band the Doors, and was released on Elektra Records on July 18, 1969. Most of the album was recorded following a grueling tour during which the band was left with little time to compose new material. Record producer Paul A. Rothchild recommended a total departure from the Doors' first three albums: develop a fuller sound by incorporating brass and string arrangements provided by Paul Harris. Lead singer Jim Morrison, who was dealing with personal issues and focusing more on his poetry, was less involved in the songwriting process, leaving guitarist Robby Krieger to increase his own creative output. As a result, The Soft Parade is a somewhat uneven album that is less unified compared to previous works by the Doors.

It also became the band's first hit album in the UK, where it peaked at No. 16 on the chart.
