Matchbook is an album by Cold Chisel member Ian Moss released in 1989. It spent 3 weeks at the top of the Australian Album charts in 1989 and was preceded by the single "Tucker's Daughter" which was also a No. 1 hit. The first four tracks on the album were all released as singles. Matchbook was the first solo album for Moss and featured several songs written for him by Don Walker, also from Cold Chisel.
"Divinities: Twelve Dances With God" is the second studio album by Jethro Tull frontman Ian Anderson. All 12 tracks are instrumental and are influenced by different ethnical musical traditions: Celtic ("In the Grip of Stronger Stuff"), Spanish ("In the Pay of Spain"), African ("En Afrique") and so on.
This is Volume 4 in Barry Douglas’s monumental project to record the complete works for solo piano by Johannes Brahms. Each volume has been released to critical acclaim, the first one, in 2012, being seen by BBC Music as ‘a triumph of Brahmsian thought, with playing that gets right to the heart of the composer’. Once again, the album is presented as a stand-alone recital, prominently featuring the C major Sonata, which was Brahms’s first published work. The influence on Brahms of his early romantic predecessors Beethoven and Schubert is obvious here, not only in the virtuoso demands on the performer but also in the opening, which recalls both Beethoven’s ‘Hammerklavier’ Sonata, Op. 106 and Schubert’s ‘Wanderer’ Fantasy.

So just exactly what are 'The Rockfield Mixes'? In essence they are the second and most dynamic of The Ian Gillan Band albums, namely 'Clear Air Turbulence'. The mixes on this CD were done at Rockfield Studios in Wales but Ian Gillan was unhappy with the results and the album underwent a major remix before it was finally released on 15 April 1977. The Ian Gillan Band's music was a fusion of many styles from Rock to Jazz Funk. The Rockfield Mixes is a unique opportunity to hear classy (and some say superior) performances, from a great 70's Rock super group, in their original form.
