After winning a cult following for several offbeat and darkly witty gore films, New Zealand director Peter Jackson abruptly shifted gears with this stylish, compelling, and ultimately disturbing tale of two teenage girls who construct an elaborate fantasy world named Borovnia and slowly drift away from reality, fueling an ultimately fatal obsession. The girls' parents decide that perhaps they're spending too much time together, and try to bring them back into the real world, but this only leads to a desperate and violent bid for freedom. Remarkably enough, Heavenly Creatures is based on a true story; in real life, Juliet grew up to become mystery novelist Anne Perry.

Kate Elizabeth Winslet (born October 5, 1975) is a BAFTA, Grammy and Screen Actors Guild Award winning English actress. She is noted for having played a wide range of diverse characters over her career, but is probably best-known for her critically acclaimed performances as Juliet Hulme in Heavenly Creatures (1994), Rose DeWitt Bukater in the highest-grossing film of all time, Titanic (1997), and Clementine Kruczynski in Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (2004). She is winner of a BAFTA and SAG Award, and a five-time Oscar nominee. At the age of 22, she broke the record for the youngest person to receive two Oscar nominations, and each of her subsequent nominations has broken a further record: the youngest person to receive three, four, and five nominations.

Keaggy actually recorded the majority of this album years ago, but it was not considered commercially viable and, therefore, remained unreleased. It is extremely fortunate that it has been made available, because this contains some of Keaggy's most beautiful and touching work. It is very much a gentle acoustic album, comparable to Beyond Nature with vocals, with personal lyrics related to family and Christian struggles. Particular strengths include the beautiful duet with his daughter "Father-Daughter Harmony," and the lyrically powerful "It Could've Been Me" and "Maker of the Universe," and the exquisite "Let Everything Else Go."
