Elements Of Noise is another music project by the French Composer Jean-Luc Hervé Berthelot.
He is among the less known French Composers but his music is as fine as some great names.
If the Zreen Toyz project is mainly Concrete & Electro-Acoustic music, with Elements Of Noise
the composer explores the ambient side and the textural side of Experimental Electronic music.
But with this fourth album of E.O.N. released in 2002, the boundary with the Zreen Toyz project
is more thiner than the previous works of E.O.N.

This is the first duet album released by drummer Ferenc Nmeth and Valancian saxophonist Javier Vercher. They both share a musical vision which abounds in wide open possibilities of spontaneous improvisation with beautifull melodies and songs. Vercher is a young, prodigiously gifted saxophonist with powerful free playing that amazingly flows in this recording. Nemeth, a player of consummate subtlety and tasted, is a product of the jazz hotbed of Keszthely, Hungary.

Persistence of Time rivals Among the Living as Anthrax's best album and might even be a clear-cut favorite if some of the songs had been trimmed a bit. The more cartoonish side of the band is missing here, trimmed in favor of a dark, uncompromising examination of society's dirty underbelly – nearly every song rails against hatred and prejudice, but without an excess of optimism…

Folk, Blues, Alt-Country | Label: Concord Records | Release Year: 2017

Valerie June's eagerly awaited second album, The Order of Time, set for release in January 2017, justifies the immense promise she exhibited on her acclaimed debut, Pushin' Against A Stone. Unfolding like a novella, June sketches detailed, three-dimensional portraits of real people struggling with dreams, defeat, hope and life, in this 12-track song cycle. Musically, the genre-defying singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist has redefined herself again, infusing inspirations like Tom Waits, Nina Simone, Leonard Cohen and Fela Kuti into her unique blend of folk, blues, gospel and soul. As in life, a harrowing bite of bitterness can surely be felt in many of these songs and on others; June's ethereal soundscapes prove the perfect setting for her honeyed, childlike voice as she pleas for simplicity and a better world.
