Dance into the Light is the sixth solo studio album by English singer-songwriter Phil Collins. It was originally released on 21 October 1996 on the label Atlantic. It features guest backing vocalists, including Arnold McCuller, and Amy Keys. It was notable for being the first album that Collins released as a full-time solo artist, having left Genesis earlier that year. The album was received negatively by the majority of music critics, while other reviewers noted good points to the album. It was also a commercial disappointment, and despite hitting #23 on the Billboard 200, the album became Collins' poorest selling album at the time. Dance into the Light was certified Gold in the U.S…

Following the bleak But Seriously and Both Sides, Phil Collins delivered the considerably lighter Dance into the Light, his first upbeat pop album since 1985's No Jacket Required. Not only was it a return to the musical style that brought him to the top of the charts during the '80s, but Dance into the Light was the first record Collins released since leaving Genesis, which made it all the more crucial to his career…

Onkalo (Finnish for "hiding place") is under construction: it's a cavernous world of tunnels and corridors, a permanent storage facility for nuclear waste, meant to last 100,000 years (that's 20 times as long as the pyramids have so far).

From the Northwest comes the best power rock trio. Grand Theft was by the guitar and vocals genius of Crowbar Mahoon, who also did most of the writings. The mellow rock-solid bass was played by Riley Sedgemont, with demos tracks and the second unreleased album Ben the Rat meets Led Zeppelin.

Into the Labyrinth is the sixth full-length studio album by Australian world music act Dead Can Dance. A mixture of dark ethnic/indie and atmospheric medieval music enters the room and distorts your silence… Beautiful melodies give their place to ethereal vocals and eastern traditional folk music passages. Stories about true love and death, nature, pride and greediness lay on a musical background of (deep breath.) ambient, electronica, folk and Celtic sounds, indie, medieval, pop, ethnic, blues. This is not progressive rock but has all the elements that would intrigue a progressive music fan.
