All 11 Shock cardio workouts have been designed to be used with Cathe's STS strength workouts or as individual standalone cardio workouts. 38 minutes of advanced cardio and toning circuits followed by an equally tough 20-minute core session done on the floor. The cardio is straightforward but challenging, consisting of calisthenics-style exercises such as jumping jacks and kickbox drills. It's interspersed with innovative tubing exercises. Some of the core work also uses an exercise tube. It's intense, sweaty, and supremely satisfying.
