"Home Is Where the Heart Is" is the second album released on RCA Records by David Cassidy. It was released in 1976 and was produced by Cassidy and Bruce Johnston. Although critically well received, the album did not chart in any country. "Gettin' It in the Street" is the third and final release by David Cassidy on RCA Records and would also be the last album David Cassidy released in the United States until 1990 (with the release of David Cassidy). Gettin' it in the Street was released in Germany and Japan in November 1976, but did not reach the album charts. The few copies that were pressed for the U.S. were released in January 1977.

This reissue from 7T's features a pair of LPs by teen idol David Cassidy, his solo debut "Cherish" and the second studio album "Rock Me Baby", both originally issued in 1972 on Bell Records and produced by Wes Farrell. Highlights among the 22 tracks include "I Just Wanna Make You Happy," "Lonely Too Long," "Go Now," and the minor hits "Cherish" and "How Can I Be Sure." It's not a bad way to acquire the albums if you don't already own them.

Immortal Memory is a collaboration between vocalist Lisa Gerrard and Irish composer Patrick Cassidy. Billed as a cycle of life and death and rebirth, Immortal Memory is better described as an orphaned film score. Cassidy's warm arrangements allow the former Dead Can Dance singer to step out of the dark medieval world that she's called home for nearly 20 years – though there is much of that world within these castle walls – and focus on the simplicity of love, faith, and loss with a grace that's bereft of the icy perfection of her previous work. Gerrard, whose voice has aged like the finest oak, displays an almost supernatural mastery of the material. Her effortless contralto wraps itself around the ten Gaelic, Latin, and Aramaic spirituals like an evening prayer, making each stunning entrance the equivalent of audio comfort food.

Label: Arista Records (West Germany) | Cat.# 610 454-222 (AE 880) | Released: 1985

"Romance" is David Cassidy's seventh studio album as a solo artist and his first released by Arista Records. Released in 1985, Romance was the only studio album Cassidy released during the 1980s. Since growing out of his teen idol fame from The Partridge Family, Cassidy continued to try to re-invent his music career; however, in the United States, his latter albums from the 1970s did not chart. Therefore, for the album Romance, Arista excluded a U.S. release and released the album only in Europe, Israel, Japan, South Africa and Australia. Romance hit #20 on the British charts in May 1985. George Michael sang on the song, "The Last Kiss" (originally recorded with different lyrics by Cliff Richard in 1981 as Young Love), which peaked at #6 in the UK Top 40 and charted all over Europe and in Australia.

"David Cassidy" is David Cassidy's first U.S. album released in 14 years and was his only release on the now-defunct Enigma Records. The album was released in 1990 with the featured single, "Lyin' to Myself." "Lyin' to Myself" was the first top-30 hit for David Cassidy in eighteen years. The album reached #136 on the Billboard charts. David Cassidy was released only on cassette or compact disc in the United States, although vinyl editions were available in Europe. Shortly after the release of David Cassidy, Enigma Records would go bust, leaving David Cassidy to once again change record labels.
